What happens after beta

Honest about where this is going.

A paid tier is coming — probably around $15/mo — once we know what's worth charging for. Today, that's a guess; that's why we haven't shipped it yet. What's already settled:

  • The free tier stays generous. Hobby projects, learning, and one-app indies should be able to stay on free indefinitely.
  • No markup on Cloudflare. Whatever Cloudflare charges you, Flarelink doesn't touch. Paid tier is for Flarelink-side features.
  • If Flarelink dies, your app keeps running. Everything runs on your own Cloudflare account. We orchestrate; we don't host.
  • Early users get grandfathered. If you sign up during beta, we'll honor a meaningful discount when paid lands.
Pricing FAQ

Straight answers about money.

Why is everything free right now?
Flarelink is in beta. We'd rather learn what people actually find valuable than guess at a paywall and have you bounce. Use the whole product, tell us what you love and what's broken, and we'll figure out the paid tier together.
When will paid plans launch?
When we've heard from enough real users to know what's worth charging for — most likely a couple of months in. Beta users get advance notice and a grandfathered rate when it does.
Will the free tier stick around after beta?
Yes. There will always be a free tier generous enough for a real side project — that's the point. Paid will be for power users with multiple apps in production, advanced features, and team workflows.
Who do I pay for storage, reads, and compute?
Cloudflare, directly, on your own account at their published rates. Flarelink never sits between you and that bill, and never adds a margin.
What if Flarelink shuts down?
Your app keeps running. Everything Flarelink provisions — the auth Worker, your D1 databases, your R2 buckets, your KV namespaces — lives on your own Cloudflare account under your own API token. We're a remote control, not a host.
